Opening hours and responding time

Opening time: from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM. Our office is located in United Kingdom. The office will be closed during Christmas, New Year, Easter and most of Bank Holidays. A message will be posted on the front page. 

The average response time is up to 24 hours. Sometimes our response comes in a few hours, sometimes more. This depends on the workload and the national holidays. Our team of specialists who provide permanent and urgent care at night, on weekends, and during legal holidays is very small. The emergencies of customers already registered with us have priority over price requests and evaluations. 

Warranty and refund

The guarantee for Speed Optimization and Maintenance is for 30 days, and we undertake to offer free technical support during this time. Because an online website must be periodically scanned, updated, and backed up, we no longer assume responsibility after more than 30 days.

100% money back for Speed Optimization. The money is refundable after an express request within 15 days from when the optimization was completed. We will provide you with an evaluation of the site before and after optimization. If the differences are not remarkable, then you will receive your money back. If major improvements are found, then the refund will be rejected. Your hosting may also have an impact. 

Web design warranty and refund

For any website made to order, we establish a delivery term depending on the number of pages, features and content. When the site is ready, it will be installed on one of our servers for testing. It will be transferred to your host when you are fully satisfied with the design and functionality. When the site is accepted, the money is not returned. You will receive technical support for one year. After one year, you have to pay for technical support at the rates shown on the website.

Accounts and membership

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website and Services. By using the Website and Services and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. 

Billing and payments

You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. 

Right of refusal

We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. The money will be refunded in full.  We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.  

Accuracy of information

Occasionally there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to promotions and offers. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website or Services is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the Website including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.
